Firstly - Please note: These items are not endorsed by or official products of any vehicle manufacturer, film/TV franchise, police force, sponsor or driver and should not be seen as such.
I like happy customers. You work hard for your money and I want my products to bring pleasure.
T Shirts and Mugs are printed to order products and as such are personalised. UK law on returns of such products is clear and I only refund/replace where products have manufacturing faults or go missing.
Prints and Coasters are returnable (buyer pays postage) up to 14 days after sale.
If you do have a complaint please get in touch using the contact form below or on the contact page and I will review it from there.

If your parcel goes astray then please let me know and I will follow up with my supplier and their courier to ensure you receive a replacement. But please allow a couple of weeks from ordering before you report a lost parcel to me. Printing times can vary a bit and sometimes deliveries can be slower than usual.
Most orders arrive well within 14 days but please don't place an order expecting a last-minute gift to arrive within the next 2 or 3 days!
I'm an art shop, not a paint shop and that means that I don't control everything about the printing process as that is passed on to my suppliers. Vehicle colours can vary from what you see on your screen and what I see on mine. I also don't guarantee that I will match actual manufactured colours.
Most printed items, whatever they are, print darker than what you see on screen. Mugs tend to be glossy richer, more saturated colours while T Shirt fabric yields more laid back colours. You can see some samples below that I created while I was working on my products. I always strive to capture each car as well as I can.

I think you will receive something that looks representative of the car(s) you are interested in and at a great price. But if precise colour or specific details are of particular importance to you then my premium Commissioned Prints service, where I control everything, is maybe what you need. Please use the contact form below or on the contact page if this is the case.
If I feel the printer has a bad day when they produced your item and it is clearly "off" then I will arrange a replacement at my discretion.
I say this just to manage expectations of what you see on screen and what physically arrives.

If you receive a faulty product then please do get in touch and I will follow this up with my supplier and arrange a replacement ASAP.
Should you see a way that the artwork of a car could be changed then please contact me using the form below or on the contact page. I love trying to pack in all the details but there are some very dedicated followers of particular cars out there who may spot the odd thing that I didn't!
Do have a look carefully at the product photos and if you see something then let me know before you buy! I won't routinely refund/replace for reasons such as this but will happily make considered changes before supplying items. I'm an artist and while I try to capture as much as I can I make no guarantees that I have covered absolutely everything.
I spend many hours on each car aiming for the best I can make it.
